ph464 Terms & Conditions — Member Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and ph464 ("ph464", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph464 website at ph464.club and all associated services, games, features, and promotional offers.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the ph464 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use ph464, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ph464 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement under applicable Philippine gambling regulations. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

ph464 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph464. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

ph464 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or passport) and proof of address before withdrawing funds or as otherwise required by platform compliance protocols.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph464 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your password with any third party. ph464 staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered to add an additional layer of security to your ph464 account.
• Notify ph464 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

ph464 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

ph464 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at ph464's discretion.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits credited to your ph464 wallet are available for immediate use across all games. Deposit fees, if any, are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.
• ph464 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. By depositing, you confirm your funds originate from legitimate sources.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from ph464 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your ph464 account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals exceeding platform thresholds will be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met or the bonus forfeited before net winnings can be withdrawn.
• ph464 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to payment provider delays.
• ph464 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks on any withdrawal request where deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ph464 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of this Agreement. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements — bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Game contributions — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are displayed in promotion details.
• Expiry — unclaimed bonuses and bonuses with unmet wagering requirements expire after the period stated on the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• One bonus per promotion — unless stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per account, household, IP address, and payment method.
• ph464 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify players who abuse or circumvent promotional terms.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games on ph464 — whether RNG-based (slots, virtual games) or live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) — are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to its specific rules.

• RNG-based games use certified random number generators audited for fairness. Published RTP (return to player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical results — real cards, real dice, real wheels — and are final. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, ph464's system logs will be used to determine the appropriate resolution.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph464 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent platform security measures.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated side-bet manipulation in live games.
• Money laundering — using ph464 to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating false payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after receiving gaming value on ph464.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other promotions restricted to new members.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ph464 staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph464 platform — including but not limited to the ph464 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the proprietary property of ph464 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph464 solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any ph464 content without prior written authorisation.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph464 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all members at no cost:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from account settings.
• Loss limits — restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be logged out automatically.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill arising in connection with your ph464 account or gaming activity.
• Interruption or unavailability of ph464 services due to maintenance, technical failure, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
• Any action or omission of third-party payment providers used in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Where ph464 is found liable for damages, the total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to Terms

ph464 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or by prominent notice on the ph464 website at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the ph464 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using ph464 and may request closure of your account.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of ph464 shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and ph464.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appropriate Philippine arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
